membatasi input textbox buat hanya Huruf pada vb 6.0

terkadang suatu textbox kita menginginkan buat inputnya untuk huruf aja
jadi ini dia codingnya, umm ... sebenarnya bisa sih pake fungsi InStr , hehehe
lebih afdhol pake yang ini deh
